Week of September 28-October 4

- Men’s Breakfast, Oct. 4…All men are encouraged to join us for our monthly breakfast meeting—to enjoy a light breakfast, time in prayer, and fellowship with other Christian men. We will meet at the church at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 5

Week of October 5-11

- Ladies Lunch, Oct. 5…All ladies of the church are invited to gather together for lunch the first Sunday of each month immediately after the church service. Meet on Sunday October 5 at McAlister’s Deli in Gurnee, located in the Grand Hunt Center at 6557 Grand Avenue (in the outer drive near Helzberg Diamonds). This is an ongoing invitation—no sign-up, just come if you can on each first Sunday. See Becky Martens if you have any questions.
- Identity Youth Group, Oct. 5…This group meets at the church from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. most Sunday evenings. All teens are encouraged to come each week for a fun time together and to study the Word of God.

Week of October 12-18

- Communion, Oct. 12…
- Prayer Meeting, Oct. 12…Prayer Meeting is held monthly on the second Sunday of each month. Join us on October 12 at 4:00 p.m. We will pray together as we focus on needs and praises for our church, our community, and beyond.
- Identity Youth Group, Oct. 12… This group meets at the church from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. most Sunday evenings. All teens are encouraged to come each week for a fun time together and to study the Word of God.
- Ladies Bible Study, Oct. 15…The Ladies Bible Study meets every other Wednesday at the church at 6:30 p.m. The current study is written by Kay Arthur and is titled Choosing Victory, Overcoming Defeat: Joshua, Judges, Ruth. The group is currently studying Judges. Contact Becky Martens for more information.
- Ladies Fellowship Breakfast, Oct. 18…This ministry meets on the 3rd Saturday of each month at Panera Bread on 254 E Rollins Road in Round Lake Beach. Meet at 8:30 a.m. on October 18 for fellowship time. Feel free to purchase coffee/breakfast as you arrive.

Week of October 19-25

- Board Meeting, October 19…The October Board Meeting will be held on Sunday, October 19 at 3:30 p.m. Please keep our church elders and deacons in prayer as they meet to discuss current business and plan for the coming months.
- Identity Youth Group, Oct. 19…This group meets at the church from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. most Sunday evenings. All teens are encouraged to come enjoy a fun time together and to study the Word of God.

Week of October 26-November 1

- Missionary Christmas Offering #1, Oct. 26…As a reminder, this is the first of two weeks we have allocated for contributions to the annual Missionary Christmas Offering (refer to the general note at the top of this activity listing for more details). Again, thank you in advance for your generosity.

Note for this coming weekend: Daylight Saving Time for 2025 will end on Nov. 2 with most Americans having to "fall back" for the biannual time change. Please make it a point to set your clocks back one hour before retiring on Saturday, November 1.
